2 Placing the order and authorisation of payment
If the Commission has determined that a veteran is eligible for assistance under this Scheme:
the veteran may place the order for an initial motor vehicle of their own choice directly with the supplying motor vehicle dealer; and subject to paragraph 3 of this Schedule, the Commission shall authorise payment of an amount equivalent to the retail price of the motor vehicle direct to the supplying dealer.
