Veterans’ Entitlements (Special Disability Trust Beneficiary Requirements) Nomination of Agreement 2006
Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986
The REPATRIATION COMMISSION, acting under subsection 52ZZZWA (3) of the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986, nominates each agreement mentioned in Schedule 1 for the purpose of subparagraph 52ZZZWA (2) (b) (ii) of that Act.
This Nomination of Agreement is taken to have commenced on 20 September 2006.

Schedule 1 Nominated agreements
1. Each of the agreements, entered into by the Commonwealth and a State or Territory, collectively known as the Commonwealth State/Territory Disability Agreement.
