9AI Commission’s duty if a request for reconsideration made

(1) If the Commission receives a request under regulation 9AH, the Commission must affirm the decision or set it aside: (a) within 3 months after receipt of the request; or (b) within such longer period as is agreed in writing by the person who made the request. (2) If the Commission sets aside a decision first made under regulation 9, 9AE or 9AF, it must make a decision in place of the decision set aside.
