9AD Travelling expenses under section 170B or 196ZO of the Act—up to $500
The total amount, not exceeding $500, of an entitled person’s travelling expenses is payable to the person if: (a) he or she applies to the Commission for payment of travelling expenses up to $500 (whether the application is made before or after travel); and (b) the application is accompanied by written evidence of his or her travelling expenses.
