13 Allowances payable to commissioners of the Repatriation Commission
For subsection 185(2) of the Act, the following allowances are prescribed for a commissioner of the Repatriation Commission: (a) allowances as determined by the Remuneration Tribunal in respect of a member of the Repatriation Commission; (b) allowances (other than those mentioned in paragraph (a)) that are payable to a person appointed or engaged under the Public Service Act 1999.
