5 Specified kinds of treatment for Point Cook firefighters
(1) For paragraph 88A(1)(d) of the Act, a specified class is made up of: (a) Point Cook firefighters; and (b) if any of the firefighters has participated in a health and wellbeing program—the firefighters who the Commission determines should participate in the program again in all the circumstances. (2) Treatment of the following kinds is specified for a person in the class of people: (a) a health and wellbeing program; (b) colorectal cancer screening, by: (i) a faecal occult blood test; or (ii) a colonoscopy;
(c) melanoma screening, by any 1 or more of the following means:
(i) an examination by a general medical practitioner;
(ii) dermoscopy or dermatoscopy;
(iii) total body digital photography.
