Commonwealth legislation
Sets a 28‑day deadline for a person to show that a decision is reviewable by the Veterans’ Review Board, counted from the National Registrar’s notification (instrument s6; authority: paragraph 155(7)(b) of the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986). It commences the day after registration and repeals the 2014 instrument. Affects veterans and others notified of decisions: it requires them to act within 28 days to preserve rights of review and creates a short, fixed statutory timeline.
