Name of Specification

This Specification is the Veterans’ Entitlements (Class of Debts – Less Than $200) Specification 2015.

Revocation

The Notice under subparagraph 206(1)(b)(ii) made by Benjamin Charles Humphreys on 22 September 1992 is revoked.

Commencement

This Specification commences on the day after registration.

Specification of class of debts

For the purposes of subparagraph 206(1)(b)(ii) of the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986, a debt is in a specified class if it is, or is likely to be, less than $200.
