33Withdrawal of claim or application

#### 33 Withdrawal of claim or application (1) A claimant or applicant may, at any time before the claim or application is determined by the Commission, by notice in writing lodged in accordance with section 5T, withdraw the claim or application. (2) The withdrawal of a claim or application does not prevent the claimant from subsequently making another claim under section 14, or the applicant from subsequently making another application under section 15.
