5 Determination of administrative fee component
(1) For the purposes of section 8 of the Act, the following amounts are determined for the calendar year beginning on 1 January 2020: (a) the amount for the purposes of paragraph 8(2)(a) is $107; and (b) the amount for the purposes of paragraph 8(2)(b) is $9.
Note: Amounts specified for the purposes of paragraphs 8(2)(a) or (b) of the Act are subject to indexation in accordance with subsection 10(1) of the Act unless an instrument is made under section 9 of the Act for a subsequent year.
