16 Meaning of key personnel
Each of the following is one of a provider’s key personnel: (a) a director, officer or member of the provider’s governing body; (b) a person or body that is concerned with, or takes part in, the executive or senior management of the provider, or that exercises control or influence over the management or direction of the provider; (c) a person who exercises control or influence over the allocation of the resources of the provider.
