129 Requirements for statement about covered fees

(1) The statement required by section 56 of the Act: (a) must include the title “VET Student Loan Statement of Covered Fees”; and (b) in addition to the information required by section 56 of the Act, must also include the information mentioned in paragraphs 99(4)(a) to (i) of this instrument. (2) The statement must be given to the student after the student enrols in the course and before the first census day for the course. (3) The statement may be given to the student along with the VET student loan fee notice for the first fee period of the course.
