114 Copies of notices given to other regulators

(1) An approved course provider must give the Secretary a copy of a notice given to the National VET Regulator under section 25 of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011, at the same time as the notice is given to the Regulator. (2) An approved course provider must give the Secretary a copy of a notice given to the Commissioner of the Australian Charities and Not‑for‑profits Commission under section 65‑5 of the Australian Charities and Not‑for‑profits Commission Act 2012, at the same time as the notice is given to the Commissioner.
