110 Changes to provider
An approved course provider must, as soon as practicable, notify the Secretary in writing of any of the following: (a) a change to the provider’s legal name, or to the business name the provider uses for delivering vocational education and training; (b) a change to the provider’s key personnel and the reason for the change; (c) planned changes to the ownership of the provider or the corporate structure of the provider; (d) any major projects undertaken by the provider; (e) any major purchases of assets by the provider.
