VET Student Loans (Courses and Loan Caps) Determination 2016

 

1  Name

  This instrument is the VET Student Loans (Courses and Loan Caps) Amendment Determination (No. 2) 2023.

2  Commencement

  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under section 16 of the VET Student Loans Act 2016.

4  Schedules

  The VET Student Loans (Courses and Loan Caps) Determination 2016 is amended as set out in Schedule 1 to this instrument.

5  Transitional arrangements

                   For the avoidance of doubt, if before the commencement of this instrument:

              (a)  the Secretary approved a VET student loan for a student for a course of study listed in items 2, 5, 8, 11, or 14 of Schedule 1 to this instrument; and

                   (b)  the student had not completed the course of study,
