94Disclosure for purposes of law enforcement

#### 94 Disclosure for purposes of law enforcement (1) The Secretary may disclose VET information to one or more of the following if the Secretary believes on reasonable grounds that the disclosure of the information is necessary for an enforcement related activity (within the meaning of the Privacy Act 1988): (a) a Department, agency or authority of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory; (b) an enforcement body (within the meaning of the Privacy Act 1988). (2) The VSL Tuition Protection Director may disclose VET information to one or more of the following if the Director believes on reasonable grounds that the disclosure of the information is necessary for an enforcement related activity (within the meaning of the Privacy Act 1988): (a) a Department, agency or authority of the Commonwealth, a State or a Territory; (b) an enforcement body (within the meaning of the Privacy Act 1988).
