87Injunctions

#### 87 Injunctions (1) The provisions of this Act are enforceable under Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers Act. > Note: Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers Act creates a framework for using injunctions to enforce provisions. (2) For the purposes of Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers Act as it applies in relation to this Act: (a) each of the following is an authorised person: (i) the Secretary; (ii) an SES employee, or an acting SES employee, in the Department; and (b) each of the following is a relevant court: (i) the Federal Court; (ii) the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2); (iii) a court of a State or Territory that has jurisdiction in relation to matters arising under this Act.
