#### 61 Offering certain inducements (1) An approved course provider contravenes this subsection if: (a) the provider: (i) offers or provides a benefit; or (ii) causes a benefit to be offered or provided; and (b) the benefit would be reasonably likely to induce a person to apply for a VET student loan for a course. Civil penalty: 120 penalty units. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to a benefit specified in the rules.
