28 Application for approval

(1) A body may apply to the Secretary for approval as an approved course provider. (2) The application must be: (a) in the form approved by the Secretary; and (b) accompanied by the application fee for the application. (3) The Secretary may: (a) request the applicant to provide further information for the purposes of deciding the application; and (b) require some or all of the further information to be provided as a statutory declaration. (4) The rules may set out requirements in relation to applying for approval.
