15 Provision and delivery
(1) The course must be provided by an approved course provider and delivered: (a) by the approved course provider; or (b) for the approved course provider by one or more of the following: (i) another approved course provider; (ii) a person or body registered by TEQSA; (iii) a person or body approved in writing by the Secretary to deliver the course. (2) A reference in subsection (1) to an approved course provider does not include a reference to an approved course provider whose approval is suspended.
