#### 110 Continuing application of Act to certain persons (1) This Act continues to apply in relation to a body that was approved as an approved course provider as if the body were still an approved course provider. (2) Subsection (1) applies for the purposes of dealing with or resolving any matter that arose during, or that relates to, the period when the body was approved as an approved course provider.
