C1. For the convenience of users, the vehicle standards are also published by the Administrator. The publication is commonly known as the ADR manual and is available on subscription in CD-ROM as set out in section E of these notes.
C2. The titles of the components of the ADR manual, which constitute the vehicle standards, are as follows:

D. Inspection of Vehicle Standards
D1. The Vehicle standards, as amended by this and previous Determinations are available for inspection at the office of the Administrator of Vehicle Standards as follows:
