Placing the order and authorisation of payment
- If the Commission has determined that a veteran is eligible for assistance under this Scheme, the veteran may place the order for an initial motor vehicle of his or her own choice directly with the supplying motor vehicle dealer and, subject to paragraph 3 of this Schedule, the Commission shall authorise payment of an amount equivalent to the retail price of the motor vehicle direct to the supplying dealer.
