- Subject to paragraph 4 of this Schedule, any amount authorised by the Commission to be paid to the supplying motor vehicle dealer is only a contribution towards the purchase of the initial motor vehicle and the Commonwealth is not liable to pay the supplying dealer either in whole or in part the difference between that contribution and the price of the motor vehicle.
