Tasmania regulation
This notice allows vehicles or combinations over 25 tonnes gross mass to use a specified section of Mud Walls Secondary Road despite the usual restriction in regulation 53, where such access is necessary to garage the vehicle or pick up/drop off loads within the Southern Midlands municipal area or specified parts of Fingerpost and Colebrook Main Roads. It takes effect 1 November 2024, lasts three years, revokes the 2023 notice, and directly affects heavy‑vehicle operators, the Transport Commission (issuer) and local road users (ss2–6, Sch 1, s5).
