Tasmania regulation
This instrument amends the Vehicle and Traffic (Review of Decisions) Regulations 2021 and takes effect when its making is notified in the Gazette (reg 2). The amendments have been incorporated into the authorised version of the 2021 Regulations (reg 4). It therefore affects anyone subject to the review-of-decisions rules in those Regulations and matters administered by the Department of State Growth, by changing the regulatory text that governs vehicle and traffic decision reviews (reg 3).

These regulations may be cited as the Vehicle and Traffic (Review of Decisions) Amendment Regulations 2024 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Vehicle and Traffic (Review of Decisions) Regulations 2021 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendments effected by this regulation have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Vehicle and Traffic (Review of Decisions) Regulations 2021 .
