Tasmania regulation
This instrument updates the authorised version of the Vehicle and Traffic (Heavy Vehicle Charges) Regulations 2017 by incorporating amendments and takes effect when its Gazette notice appears (reg 2, regs 4–5). It does not itself set heavy‑vehicle charges; the substantive rules remain in the 2017 Regulations (reg 3). Affected parties are heavy‑vehicle operators who pay charges under the 2017 Regulations; administration sits with the Department of State Growth.
