Tasmania regulation
This regulation amends the Vehicle and Traffic (Heavy Vehicle Charges) Regulations 2017 and takes effect on the day its making is notified in the Gazette. Mechanically, the amendment is incorporated into the authorised (consolidated) version of the 2017 Regulations. These regulations may be cited as the Vehicle and Traffic (Heavy Vehicle Charges) Amendment Regulations 2023 .

In these regulations, the Vehicle and Traffic (Heavy Vehicle Charges) Regulations 2017 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Vehicle and Traffic (Heavy Vehicle Charges) Regulations 2017 .
