108 Persons who may assess written-off vehicles
For the purposes of the definitions of repairable write-off and statutory write-off in section 3A of the Act, each of the following persons is a prescribed person:
(a) an insurer;
(b) a loss assessor;
(c) a dealer;
(d) an auto-parts dismantler;
(e) an auction house.
