Tasmania regulation
This instrument makes amendments to the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021 and takes effect when its making is notified in the Gazette (reg 2). It changes the regulatory text that governs driver licensing and vehicle registration and has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Principal Regulations (reg 4). These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021 .
