Tasmania regulation
These regulations make textual amendments to the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021 and take effect on 1 October 2021. They update the authorised version of the principal regulations (see regs 2–5). The measures apply to the same groups already regulated — drivers, vehicle owners and the administering agency (Department of State Growth) — by altering the written rules; any compliance obligations flow from the amended principal regulations once incorporated.
