Tasmania regulation
This instrument updates the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021 by incorporating further amendments into the authorised version and setting their commencement. Most provisions start on Gazette notification; Part 3 only starts when the Vehicle and Traffic (Review of Decisions) Regulations 2021 commence (reg 2(2)).

These regulations may be cited as the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2021 .
(1) Except as provided in this regulation, the provisions of these regulations take effect on the day on which the making of these regulations is notified in the Gazette.
(2) Part 3 takes effect on the day on which the Vehicle and Traffic (Review of Decisions) Regulations 2021 commence.
