Tasmania regulation
These Regulations update the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021 by incorporating amendments into the authorised consolidated version and commence on the day their Gazette notice is published. They apply to those subject to the 2021 Regulations (drivers, vehicle owners, and registration-related entities) and are administered by the Department of State Growth. In these regulations, the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
