These regulations amend the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021 (reg 3) and take effect on 1 August 2022 (reg 2). In these regulations, the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
