These regulations may be cited as the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Amendment Regulations 2021 .

Tasmania regulation
These regulations amend the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2021 and record that those amendments have been incorporated into the authorised Principal Regulations. They commence on the day the making is notified in the Gazette (reg 2) and are administered by the Department of State Growth.
Mechanically the instrument records incorporation of amendments (regs 4–6) rather than creating new substantive obligations. Drivers and vehicle owners carry any compliance costs; the Department implements and enforces the changes (reg 3).
