7 Delegation
(1) [Section 7 Subsection (1) amended by No. 31 of 2002, s. 13, Applied:14 Nov 2002] The Registrar may delegate any of the Registrar's powers or functions under this or any other Act.
(2) The Registrar may enter into an agreement with a delegate or proposed delegate about –
(a) the remuneration of the delegate; and
(b) other matters incidental to the exercise of delegated powers or functions by the delegate.
