68A Exemption not to affect liability
[Section 68A Inserted by No. 71 of 2001, s. 24, Applied:01 Jan 2002] The fact that a person, vehicle or combination is operating in accordance with an exemption issued under this Act does not affect any liability for loss arising out of damage to a road or to the road infrastructure.
