59A Road safety levies to be deposited into account in Public Account
[Section 59A Amended by No. 4 of 2017, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jul 2019] [Section 59A Inserted by No. 23 of 2007, s. 5, Applied:01 Aug 2007] If the regulations provide for the imposition of a levy for the purposes of section 40AA , the levies paid in accordance with those regulations are to be paid into an account in the Public Account.
