### 15 Effect of order
> An order made by the Court under this Act is binding on all present and future trustees and beneficiaries of the trusts and by force of this section –
>
> > > (a) the trusts are varied or revoked by the order; and
> >
> > > (b) the variation or revocation takes effect on the order being made.
