sec.8 Panel of nominees
The submission of names of persons under section 6 and 7 is to be made within the time and in the way determined by the Minister. If an Institute fails to make a submission within the time and in the way determined by the Minister, the Governor in Council may appoint as a member or an assistant member any person who is otherwise qualified to be appointed under section 6 or 7 . s 8 amd 2019 No. 17 s 102 (sec.8-ssec.1) The submission of names of persons under section 6 and 7 is to be made within the time and in the way determined by the Minister. (sec.8-ssec.2) If an Institute fails to make a submission within the time and in the way determined by the Minister, the Governor in Council may appoint as a member or an assistant member any person who is otherwise qualified to be appointed under section 6 or 7 .
