sec.73 Publication of names of registered valuers—s 28
Despite the commencement of section 9 of the amending Act, the board— must publish a copy of the register as at 1 January 2002; and is not required to publish a copy as at 1 July 2002. s 73 ins 2001 No. 62 s 27
- (a) must publish a copy of the register as at 1 January 2002; and
- (b) is not required to publish a copy as at 1 July 2002.
