sec.65 Evidentiary provisions

In a proceeding for the purposes of this Act— a certificate purporting to be signed by the secretary that a person named in the certificate— was or was not at a time or for a period specified in the certificate a registered valuer; or was removed from the register on a date specified in the certificate; or was suspended for a period specified in the certificate; is evidence of the fact stated in the certificate; and it is not necessary to prove— the authority of the person who instituted the proceeding; or the appointment of a member of the board.

(a) a certificate purporting to be signed by the secretary that a person named in the certificate— (i) was or was not at a time or for a period specified in the certificate a registered valuer; or (ii) was removed from the register on a date specified in the certificate; or (iii) was suspended for a period specified in the certificate;
(i) was or was not at a time or for a period specified in the certificate a registered valuer; or
(ii) was removed from the register on a date specified in the certificate; or
(iii) was suspended for a period specified in the certificate;
is evidence of the fact stated in the certificate; and
(b) it is not necessary to prove— (i) the authority of the person who instituted the proceeding; or (ii) the appointment of a member of the board.
(i) the authority of the person who instituted the proceeding; or
(ii) the appointment of a member of the board.

(ii) was removed from the register on a date specified in the certificate; or
(iii) was suspended for a period specified in the certificate;
