sec.64 Proceedings on behalf of board
A proceeding in a court in the name of the board may be instituted by the chairperson, the secretary or a person authorised by the chairperson. All penalties ordered to be paid in respect of offences against this Act are payable to the board. All fees payable to the board under this Act constitute debts due to the board and may be recovered in a court having jurisdiction for the recovery of debts up to the amount concerned. s 64 amd 2009 No. 24 s 950 (sec.64-ssec.1) A proceeding in a court in the name of the board may be instituted by the chairperson, the secretary or a person authorised by the chairperson.
