sec.61 Review of particular decisions

A person aggrieved by— a refusal by the board of the person’s application for registration as a valuer; or a refusal by the board to restore the person’s name and other particulars to the register; or an admonition, reprimand or other order of the board; or a refusal by the board of the person’s application to be recorded as a specialist retail valuer; or a decision by the board to remove the person’s name from the list of specialist retail valuers; or an order under section 39 that a valuer’s registration be cancelled; may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to QCAT for a review of the decision.
