sec.60 Effect of removal and suspension
A person whose name and other particulars are removed from the register under section 59 ceases to be a registered valuer. A person whose registration is suspended under section 59 is, during the suspension, taken not to be a registered valuer. (sec.60-ssec.1) A person whose name and other particulars are removed from the register under section 59 ceases to be a registered valuer. (sec.60-ssec.2) A person whose registration is suspended under section 59 is, during the suspension, taken not to be a registered valuer.
