sec.51 Board may take disciplinary action

Subject to section 52 , the board may do 1 or more of the following— admonish or reprimand the valuer; order the valuer to give an undertaking to abstain from particular conduct; order the valuer to pay to the board a penalty of an amount equal to not more than 20 penalty units. The board must give a valuer an information notice for its decision to take action against the valuer under subsection (1) .
