sec.42G Effect of loss of registration
If the board removes a specialist retail valuer’s name from the register, the board must also remove the person’s name from the list of specialist retail valuers. The person ceases to be a specialist retail valuer on removal of the person’s name from the list. s 42G ins 1994 No. 47 s 124 sch amd 2001 No. 62 s 20 (sec.42G-ssec.1) If the board removes a specialist retail valuer’s name from the register, the board must also remove the person’s name from the list of specialist retail valuers. (sec.42G-ssec.2) The person ceases to be a specialist retail valuer on removal of the person’s name from the list.
