sec.42D Refusal of application
If the board is not satisfied the applicant has enough experience in retail rental valuation it must— refuse the application; and give the applicant an information notice for the decision to refuse. s 42D ins 1994 No. 47 s 124 sch amd 2001 No. 62 s 17 ; 2009 No. 24 s 944
- (a) refuse the application; and
- (b) give the applicant an information notice for the decision to refuse.
