sec.42C Grant of application
If the board is satisfied the applicant has enough experience in retail rental valuation, it must— approve the application and record the applicant’s name on the list of specialist retail valuers; and give written notice to the applicant of the recording of the applicant’s name on the list. s 42C ins 1994 No. 47 s 124 sch amd 2001 No. 62 s 16
