sec.42B Valuers may apply to be recorded as specialist retail valuers
An individual who is a registered valuer may apply to the board to be recorded as a specialist retail valuer. The application must be in the form approved by the board and accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation. s 42B ins 1994 No. 47 s 124 sch (sec.42B-ssec.1) An individual who is a registered valuer may apply to the board to be recorded as a specialist retail valuer.
